Tenebrous Mountains - Named vampires

Postby hesyous » Wed May 17, 2017 11:13 pm

Tenebrous mountains
Vampire related NPCs
Proc issue and possible other.

This is a tough one to post, but in all fairness it needs to be reviewed.

First: The life tap proc on all vampires needs to be ~200 damage. That will take 200 from the PC and give 200 to the NPC.

Second: The named vampires proc rate seems unusually low. This needs to be fine tuned because their proc rate was decent enough to where a level 60 Monk in Velious raid gear could get wrecked. Resisting the proc was...difficult at best. And, sometimes they would proc 2 times in a row followed by another only 2 melee rounds later.

Again, this needs to be fine tuned because if the rate is too high, they are BEYOND OP! Also, I don't know if this is set, but they can not be mezzed or charmed.

They were always fairly easy once slowed. I had a necro friend that farmed them in era solo without raid gear.
