Statistics

Postby Hazel » Thu Jun 13, 2019 3:56 pm

I enjoy the server statistics.

Here are some Ding statistics, which I think show some interesting trends.

67 - Level 65's We could do some damage! Most are probably using Ding as a retirement home, and I'm glad to have them.

Level wise, we have the most at level 51 - 137 total Shows that is a point where people say screw it and either start another character or quit. Everquest players know 51 - 59 is HELL!

Next is level 30 at 128 - First Hell level

We have exactly 100 level 1 characters - I'll assume are mules.

Of characters level 11 or higher :

285 - Enchanter
284 - Shaman
283 - Druid
269 - Cleric
252 - Magician
233 - Beastlord
232 - Bard
187 - Necromancer
173 - Shadowknight
164 - Ranger
159 - Paladin
150 - Warrior (Like someone said in guild chat the other day, the thought of having a warrior is a lot more appealing than actually leveling one)
138 - Monk
92 - Wizard
89 - Rogue - (Boxing really does hurt the rogue population!)

Nothing too surprising, closely matches the server stats found here: https://p2002.com/stats

Don't become a stat! Or do :D

Out of curiousity, what would be a good box team for supporting a wizard?

What pops into my head is a Beastlord and Bard. The Beastlord could SOW and buff Beast Crack, the Bard could play mana song.

But you'd still probably make xp faster if you just let the Bard swarm. Even with the reduced Wizard downtime.

There really isn't a trio that includes a wizard that will do anything like a bard swarming or an enchanter charming. Wizards are at their best in a full group, or in a raid.

But there is nothing as satisfying as pressing a button here, and watching a thing die over there suddenly and violently.
